CONGRATULATIONS NONI!!!!

what a lovely sized little baby...welcome to the world William!

Ange: i have noticed on a couple of the girl oobi gear that the colour runs and the stitching is a bit wonky. i find that they do the best in the dresses and the hats, but the t-shirts and skirts have been a bit less than perfect. still love it though LOL!

MD: everytime you say 'roid-rage' i think of you in a sci-fi movie as some AI robot kick-arse chick. i do have an overactive imagination

Rainy: i went to a Maccas party when i was a tween. it was horrendous. stinky and claustrophobic. so i feel your pain..

Arte: i would completely go bonkers if that happened to Leila with the dog. sorry that your mum doesnt get it IYKWIM. totally keep W away from the dog and maybe explain to him that although there are nice dogs there are also not nice dogs ITMS. no point in letting him be totally scared of all dogs, but just to be aware that some are not friendly. i am sure that if he told his nanna that she'd explode LOL!

Sherie: i too think that there are some things i will never part with of Leila's. some of the things we have gotten over the last 2 years are really special.

AFM: well, the HOUSE! we saw this house about 3 weeks ago. it was out of our price bracket (ie right at the top of ours and with the market would of ended up at least 100k more ITMS). so we kinda went, 'oh that's nice' and moved on. found ANOTHER house to go for and kinda forgot about it. then DH said last week, let's have a look at the exxy house just to see the difference...
we had a look, quite nice, with big backyard on the north fitzroy border (lil' posh pocket) and realised we were totally out of our depth as a house one street over in worse condition and smaller sold for almost 750K. ANYWAY, the night before the auction of the OTHER house DH convinced me to go in and make an offer regardless. we decided to be totally ridiculous and offer 30K LESS than the asking price (we were being brazen and decided to be cheeky!). told them this was the final offer and we were going to auction the next morning so if they could let us know that night of the outcome. 3 hours later (10pm) he called and said YES!!! so now we are the proud owners of a mortgage on a 2-3 bedroom edwardian with fireplaces and ducted heating (all the important things LOL!). there is a creek for the dog and we can have chooks! lovely baltic floorboards, the works!!!

we are so stoked! dont move in until the END of october though.....baaaahhhhh!
