I have finally come to the realisation that i am a bit overweight, don't know by how much as we don't have scales anymore (they were always reading 30kg lol) anyway i was around 56kg before having children and with each pregancy i have gained around 20kg. when i last weighed myself not long after dd was born back in 2004 i was around 67kg, ideally i would like to be around 60kg but i really don't know where to start. i try and walk every day and try desperately not to eat to many naughty foods but my biggest concern is...........................

MY MUFFIN TOP :eek:

yup i have a lovely muffin top, now i can comfortably fit into a size 11 pair of jeans but put a top that might be a little see through, or close fitting and there you see it ARGHHH it looks gross and i am getting self consious about it.

anyway have any great ideas about how to get rid of the muffin top apart from the 1000 situps i would probably have to do each day.
