OH gosh, i was terrified of doing it, i just could bring myself to sit on the toilet, i was soooooo constipated before i had DD and it didnt change suddenly after, DH went and got all sorts of stuff to help. in the end i think it was day 5 or 6. drink lots of water and down those coloxyl !! good luck
