I've been feeling a bit crampy the last couple days too and my almost stopped flow came back again.
It's settled a bit now but I've been monitoring my temp and it's all good.
No difference in my milk supply though, I hope things have improved even more for you today, definitely the last thing you need to be worrying about!!
