i totally understand the poo thing, mine feel like im trying to poo out sideways sticks!! i never push at the moment just wait til its 'prairie doggin' then i rock if it gets difficult. but that doesnt always work.
i have lots of stitches to and i cant look at my fanny(everyone has asked if i have) it just freaks me out to much.
