Snacks, being a new mum isn't easy. With my first, I felt low for weeks. I wasn't sure if I was doing anything right and the sleep deprivation added to it. Just take one day at a time, your body has gone through the ringer (so to speak!) and it needs time to adjust. You are Natalies mum, therefore the best mum to her! Talk to your DH about the feelings you have and make sure he is aware of them - don't try to do everything yourself. Things will get better for you. Just know you are doing a great job and we are all here for you.
