I've been on monofeme since I was 15, with breaks when I have had my 2 kids. This latest stint has been 2.5 years so far. Honestly I'd say its only started in the past 6-12 months. I've not always been this way, I don't think. I'll ask DF, coz maybe I've only just started to realise.
