The midwife told me that the mini-pill is 100% totally effective if you take it at the EXACT same time every day and it was only lazy stupid people who get preg on the mini pill. As I have a friend who fell pregnant on the mini pill taking it properly I wasn't too impressed with this insinuation and told her so and she still insisted that obviously she hadn't taken it properly if she was now pregnant
