How many weeks were you at the first scan? It sounds like the ultrasonographer was expecting to see more given your LMP or EDD. But that your clever Ob worked out that your dates were wrong and that the scan showed what it should for the dates you were. If HCG less than 1500-2500 it is very operator dependent whether you can see a pregnancy on a transabdominal
Scan. I guess that's why the Ob did a transvaginal scan?
