I'm so sorry you've had such a SH**Y time. I thought I was having it bad with DH's x and my DSD - darling that she is (sarcasm huge time)

I just had a D&C yesterday - OB packed me off home with no post operative instructions at all.

Advice I have from ladies on another site - hormones could take anywhere between 2 - 4+ weeks to drop. You won't O until they have dropped right down. I am going to insist that my GP follows these levels for me. (DH thinks I'm a nut and paranoid - but it's my body, and I want it back to 'normal') If the GP is not an option then you could use some cheap HPTs to follow your levels back down a neg HPT.

Oh and apparently there's not ment to be any sex until 2 weeks after D&C - infection risk. But we only waited a week last time and I was ok
