Hi Buff Fan, I have to agree with the others, it sounds like a missed m/c. When we had our scan the gestational sack measured 11 weeks 2 days which was how far along I was, while the foetus only measured 6 weeks 2 days and there was no heartbeat. Apparently the sac continues to grow even if there is no live baby in there. So it took 5 weeks before I started to bleed and even then it was just a little bit of spotting. I opted for a D&C as I wanted to try again ASAP. You can't wait until THrusday to see your GP so go and see the ER. At least they should be able to tell you for sure after a simple blood test and then you can start making decisions on where you go from here.
