Mum and dad are butchers and they are very particular about certain butcher shops because alot of them uses preservatives on their meat apparently to also make the meat look redder and fresher.

Also with mince, mum use to mince her own meat by buying a piece if say topside and use a cleaver to mince it by chopping it a million times!
