My DD was in Pavlik Harness and we couldn't take it off for the first 6 weeks so completely understand the bath but DD ended up still loving sponge baths. With clothes I found romper suits with no feet were good as well as seperates as we needed bigger sizes to fit over her legs but not her arms. I also didn't dress DD in anything with collars as they were always too big and bulky.

Like everyone has said you quickly work out what works and what doesn't.
