There are many cruel names for children in the world, Bosley is not one of them (IMO)! If you & your DH like it who cares?

I don't know of any dogs with that name. I have come across dogs called Jack & Sam though - 2 of the most common boys names lol! I think its quite nice & original.

LOL, I wouldn't worry about it. You know I've heard of some people calling their dogs Jodi

I hear more dogs being called Jessie or Sasha or Tobi or Maggie and don't consider those dog names ... do you know any dogs called Bosley? I think that would be funny if you did. I am neither here nor there on the name but when I read it I immediately thought of Charlies Angels we can that GO for that

FWIW Indianna Jones called himself that after his dog Indianna now I think Indianna is a gorgeous name and it was very nearly DD's (I might pop it back in the vault)

Okay, i have never heard of it as a name before on a person or an animal, so i don't know why people would say its a dogs name. The only dogs name that comes in mind, which is somewhat close to Bosley is Muttley from the Hannah Barbera cartoons.

If you like it, go with it. People are never going to agree on names with you.

    I LOVE IT!!!

I'm going to add it to my list... is that wrong?!?

Most of my names on my list are old english names and/or names that sounds like surnames.

My friend called her baby Ziggy, about a week after I'd met 2 different dogs called Ziggy. I never would have thought of Ziggy being a dog's name if it hadn't been for that, and I've never known a dog called Bosley so I think you're safe!

Our dogs names are JACK and CASSIE two very popular human names so i don't think it matters.

FWIW i like Bosley, i think it's original and cute!
