We had probs with Ash awhile back when I was BFing and we wanted to cut out night feed. What I did was to stay with her but everytime she stood up I'd just lay her back down, yes she wasn't happy but I knew at that stage I just had to stick with it. Then I'd sit by the cot and just rub her back til she settled. First night took bout hour, second night maybe 20 mins, 3rd night was like 1 min. Whatever you plan to do I think you just need to persevere it will be hard but if you stop you'll just have to restart it all over again.
