My youngest was born on December 2nd last year, he was due mid December and I was concerned about the whole December thing at the time. But in all honesty it hasn't been an issue. It was quite nice having a baby close to Christmas, all the decos, the carols playing in the shops, the tree being up I think it will always take me back to that lovely time of being in baby-land and how happy we all were.

I plan to make a distinction between his birthday and the festive season in future, so he still feels as special as his big brother who has an August birthday. We won't put the tree up until after his birthday etc. We just had his 1st birthday party and it was a lovely warm day so there's another plus lol!
