    L.....

Charlie was a grobag addict. Then last summer same (he would have been 18 months) and it was just too hot for the growbag, so I bit the buttlet and got rid....but I kept everything else the same.......same stories, same hot milky, same cuddles, same music etc etc......and he was fine. Didn't impact his sleep at all!

So, maybe you could wait till the weather warms up, wean him off the grobag (all the while sticking with the cot) and then tackle the cot to big bed transition separately?

Or is it that you want the cot for your new little one? (Do you use a bassinet? that may buy you a few more months?)

Was thinking I would use the cot for the newy.... but it might be a good idea to tackle the issues separately as you suggested Lucy, getting rid of the grobag first then trying the big bed at a later stage..... the baby isn't due until February so I have a bit of time, just wanted to try and stall and future problems!!

Has anyone had any success with the barriers to keep there littlies in the bed or are they a waste of money...?
