Hiccups

Hi there,
my little boy seems to be getting hiccups at least once daily.... mostly after feeds, but sometimes when I just lay him down.

I am wondering how common this is? Is it just a wind issue? is he sucking down my milk too fast and being a little pig?? This would explain his mega weight gain hehe.

If this is common, how long does it continue for?

It doesnt seem to annoy him at all, and he usually can fall asleep whilst hiccuping, I just dont remember hearing much about it.
