Sebastian gets them too, at least once a day, sometimes more often and most commonly in the middle of a feed (ie after one side, while I am changing his nappy and before the other side) or up to about half an hour after a feed. He won't sleep while he has them and wakes up if they start after a feed. Like the others said, feeding them helps get rid of them, so I just whack him back on the breast and they go away. It's quite funny actually because they are sometimes quite violent - like full body hiccups but I know they don't hurt him so I just have a chuckle.
