Did you end up calling someone to talk to? Speaking to someone doesn't mean your crazy or you have PND, it just may help to have someone else give you a different perspective on how your feeling, or the pressure you're putting on yourself.
For some of us, feeling the way you are in the first few weeks or months is totally normal. I honestly wasn't sure if I even 'loved' my baby until he was about 6 months old. I was a very independent person before he was born and I really struggled to bond with him for quite a while.
Long term, this all made me a stronger and better person and mum.
Ps. Some people may not like me saying this, but if breast feeding is doing your head in and making the whole experience harder for you, just change to formula, and don't feel guilty about it.
