I put baby oil on my dd's head after a bath. When she had really bad cradle cap (or cradle crap as I like to call it), we would put the oil on, then about an hour later we would use a baby brush and gently brush in little circles to get rid of it. Now she doesn't have any CC and we always use the baby oil after every bath. I think it took about a week to clear up (she had it really bad) and it hasn't returned in about 2 months.

I'm still loving my MooGoo Infant scalp cream. It has anti-fungal inhibitors like lavender oil in it which you need to keep CC at bay. I also agree that mineral oil is to be avoided.

Another vote for Moogoo Infant Scalp Cream! I love their Oil Cleansing Method for myself, big Moogoo fan here, and I like the samples they always include for me.

MooGoo: yep, gotta love a company that always includes a free sample pot (not just a sachet) with every order... I usually know that when I run out of the sample pot of moisturiser that they generally include that it's time to make another order for soap/shampoo.

I was just reading my Blackmores magazine I got in the mail this week and they had this advise for a Mum who had a 12 month old with eczema everywhere including her poor eyelids - poor little munchkin.

"Oat milk baths are a lovely way to nourish the skin. Place a handful of rolled oats into an old stocking or sock, tie up the end and place in your daughters bath. You can use this as a gentle cleanser in place of soap, as soap will aggravate her symptoms."

I am going to do this with Noah when he wakes up after this sleep. I got a freebie oat milk bar with my first MooGoo order but I might keep this for myself.

Received the Infant Scalp cream this week but we had to take Noah to the GP as his Eczema went crazy after two hot days. Have a cream called Elocan and have to take him back for a follow up tomorrow. The cream can be used on his eczema and cc! It has taken the red out of the eczema - thankfully - and his head seem to be clearing up. I have been puitting the cream on in the am and the MooGoo on at night.

    Anyways, just an update.

    Have a beautiful day girls.
