The Little Mer-man

Deep beneath the ocean
Far beneath the sea
lives a little merman
who's much like you and me
He has ten little fingers
and a little button nose,
but down where his feet should be
there's fins instead of toes

he's just like you and me
he has a bright red mouth to kiss
and little shell like ears
and a mummy and a daddy
to take away his fears

he has two bright blue eyes to see
and light brown wavey hair
he has two arms to hold you tight
and lots of love to share
