The majority of cases of severe reaction were clustered in Western Australia, which suggests it is probably a batch problem and not the immunisation in general, so you will probably be okay. Watch her temperature, have some paracetamol on hand, and if her temperature starts to head north, take her to your local ED to be assessed.
And you should probably report this to someone as well - that is a major mistake for a GP to make. They need to tighten up their procedures, pronto.
