Tenar, on this last point - I agree with you absolutely that herd immunity is so vital for people those who are likely to react to vaccinations. The main problem seems to be that currently we're not able to predict who is who. I am another who is all for more research, particularly research not funded by a pharmaceutical company (or any body linked to one).
