All good I took her to see our Midwives at our hospital, and they cut if off for me, and gave me a stack of alcohol swaps to keep it clean, as it had a bit of meconium stuck under the clamp bit, but is not infected. It looks 100% better and much more comfortable Thanks for all the advice.
