I'm against it. I don't like the idea of inflicting pain on a baby for cosmetic reasons. I think they have beautiful little ears that don't need holes put in them without them being able to choose for themselves. My dd can have them when she is old enough to ask for them, know the risks and take care of them. I work at a school and I can tell which little girls have had their ears pierced as babies. Some have really unevenly placed earrings and some are too far along the earlobe because their little ears keep growing. I also don't like the look of them on babies.
