202 is number one in this house as it flares up Asthma...number one thing that counts out for us is most dried fruits, esp dried apricots. Sultana's are the only ones DS is allowed.

I used to read all the ingredients etc & check my little bookmark but now I just avoid all that I know is bad or what I wouldn't want him eating anyway & I home make nearly everything in regards to cakes, biscuits etc & so on.

Although DS loves tomato sauce, hmmm doesn't seem to affect him but could be worth leaving out too.

Bread is a big one also. Not so much that he reacts but it's just plain nasty & has been so often talked about though I find it amazing how many people don't take any notice.

Ahhh that's about all for us, I'm boring hippy mum that gets talked about by my friends as DS isn't allowed lollies, choc etc except on the odd occasion....though Wed playgroup here is shared morning tea & that's a bit of an issue as it's always chips & cake. Sometimes he goes nuts, though it's amazing what doesn't take his interest as he doesn't have it often so its too sweet or what not. And in his short 2yrs juice, cordial or softdrink have not passed his lips.
