The EXACT same thing happened to us with Tru Energy too! Then when they sent the bill they demanded payment within 14 days! Was ok as I had been putting away for it anyway but ws a bit shocked that after they were so late to give us a bill AND I had to call to get one, they still wantd payment within 14 days?! Have now switched to Integral Energy, so far so good!
