At my antenatal class of 10 couples, only 2 were planning a VB (I was one). Two other couples were going to 'attempt' labour and the other 6 couples were going to have elective c/s.

There are a lot of people who already believe that c/s is the 'easy way out'. Just to let them know that for every 'good' c/s someone has, there are as many or more out there who've had long term problems as a result of their c/s is about being realistic.
