That's right - it's all been a good thing for your body to prepare for this birth. Get ye to bed - rest and soon that baby will be in your arms...

very excited for you mum2, I know it must be disappointing that things have died down but your body is starting it's preparation and giving you a chance to rest ready for the 'big' show. Goodluck sending you manageable labour vibes.

Totally agree!!! Every bit helps don't be surprised if you have already started dilating... I was 2-3cm 10days before my actual labour started so...hang in there!!! Gently does it!!!!!

Thanks ladies for all the support and encouragement. You are all an inspiration.

Contractions are back, heaps worst, 6 minutes apart. **** they hurt bad. I don't know when I'm meant to call the hospital. I'm worried if I do everything will stop.

Dedicated Doula Gillian - If you want to send me your number I can sms you updates when I've gone in.

I think I will be avoiding the induction.

    Don't fight with the contractions
    Thank them!!!
They are a good thing, it's mean soon you'll be holding a precious baby in your arms

    RELAX YOUR JAW
RELAX YOUR SHOULDERS! - drop your shoulders down , don't hunch up...
    Relax you hips ...
    Wiggle your toes.

Find a gentle flow to your breathing during a contraction...
Don't hold your breath and tense up...

    Praying and thinking of you!!!
