ds was induced so i was in hospital from the start but the idea of having to do the dash to the hospital was weird - esp the thought of having to drive when there was traffic etc. with dd i was in labour for a while & it was weird to be having contractions & watching the sun come up. then we had to do the drive to hospital at 1.30 on a saturday afternoon.
having a baby in the middle of the night or at sunrise seems strange - like something you see on tv but doesnt really happen!!
