I got cut up and down (I have lost sensation to one side of my clitoris as they had to cut through it) but I did not feel them cutting me (my poor friend will never forget the sound though). It was needed as my DS was prosterior and because of the epi (I have a bad back and could not stand the pain) they had to do a VE. I felt them stitching me back up but it didn't really hurt. I have torn during sex along my bottom cut but other than that it hasn't done anything bad to my sex life, I still have great sensation in the other side of my clit
