thread: tummy dropping=labour impending?

    Hi Pollyanna, I carried very high all through my pregnancy and only dropped after my waters broke. There was absolutely no indication that I would go into labour at that time as I was not quite 38 weeks, carrying high and had just eaten a whole vegetarian pizza to myself So basically you don't have to drop before going into labour.

    I'm not sure if baby engaging, or dropping is an impending sign of labour or not, but this article (about baby engaging) on the main BB site might be helpful to both you & your sister
