See, to me all of your suggestions are appropriate and fine. It is birthing a child, not having sex, after all. And you don't have to be naked to do it - tbh, if I took off my pants, I could birth in the dress I'm wearing and some people wouldn't be aware until the baby appeared.

I think the most inappropriate place for Stormy to be born would be in a hospital.
