Barb - that is interesting. I had a LC (I'm pretty sure she was an IBCLC too) suggest to me on Monday that maybe I should think about stretching my feeds out to 4 hourly...I said no that I was happy with 3 hourly/feeding on demand and left it at that, but reading this has left me surprised that she would suggest it.....
