If you have a script from a doctor, they will give you more than the single diflucan tablet - unfortunately, that was the only thing that worked for me...although the gp figured out I also had a bit of an infection that needed antibiotics - it was a dreadful time. Try to keep your nipples out in the open as much as possible (totally not fun, but it helps)...and if you can get them into the sun even better. I had nipple thrush in the summer and hung the laundry outside topless (our backyard is totally private). I also did everything Beema mentioned.
