I have nipple thrush. I had a crack which then created burning pain all the time and sent my vasospasm off big time... I have been in constant pain for a week. I spoke to my midwife/LC and I definitely have thrush. My nipples are flaky and shiny and the itchy burning pain is unmistakable. I suspected thrush a few weeks ago when I had pain, but I wasn't very diligent with the treatment. Boy am I paying for it now.

I have weaned DD (2.5) cold turkey as I can't bear even two extra feeds a day. DS feeds 2 hourly still and I dread feed times.

Weaning is not an option, but I feel very overwhelmed by the treatment advice. I was told three oral tablet and daktarin on my nipples, but I have been to two pharmacies who try and give me oral daktarin and won't give me more than one diflucan.
