this is a great thread ladies. I am currently considering whether to choice elective c or trial labour. I had 12 hr labour with DS, failed vacuum extraction (which was awful) and then emergency c section.
I was devasted though I didnt get to bond with DS when he was born and didnt see him for the 1st hr or so after he was born.
The elective c section sounds a lot more relaxed which is good and I think if we end up going that way I will be fine with it.

My main concern is recovery and running around after a 2 1/2 yr old when I get home.
