This is a great post! I am currently considering choosing an elective c-section after an emergency the first time. We are going to the ob on Friday- my husband is pretty insistent we go for the elective and my ob thinks I will probably end up having a c-section anyway - so we shall have to wait and see~! I am not looking forward to the after pain but it is good to read everyone considers it less painful the 2nd time..
