I wonder if giving you a wash wasn't a priority because you were so sick? I still agree that it's not right, but i don't think straight forward c section stories and yours can be compared equally.

I know i have helped my Mum to get a wash cos the hospital system doesn't always work, and (my Mum reckons anyway) the nurses aren't like they were in the old days. NOt enough time, and in some cases not enough care to help patients feel comfortable through a basic wash.
