The fact that you were unable to get up to shower for 3 days and they didn't sponge bath you is absolutely aweful

Both of my CS's (elective) were at 7am. Once we got back to my room the M/W helped me out of the hospital gown and helped me put my own clothes on. I too had a pad between my legs, no undies (standard practice I think) but that was changed regularly. Then the next morning they removed my catherer and I was able to get up and shower myself.
