I have one word for ya: Pilates.
It focusses on core body strength i.e. tummy buttocks etc and uses the core body strength to balance the rest of the body. Pilates was orginaaly developed during World War 1 (I think it was this one) by a guy as a rehabilitation for soldiers who were otherwise incapacitated and had lost limbs etc. Great stuff is pilates.
