Taking Temp while using an electric blanket ????

I'm new to charting temps so I really have no idea but my temps don't seem to be consistant at all with my cycle. The OPK came up two dark lines on Day 13 and I had a temp of 36.22. The previous 2 days were 36.10 and 35.99. Now day 14 temp was 36.04 and day 15 temp is 36.40. I am really confused. I really thought I Ovulated on day 13 but now the temps have stayed quite high. I am sure I'm not PG so what I would like to know is "Would using an electric blanket on low all night affect temp taking? Should I stop using an electric blanket? Thanks heaps.

Hi, we use our blanket to just take the chill off the bed, but we turn them off as soon as we're in bed. Firstly cos they 'dry' you out and aren't that good for you on all the time, and also in my conception book it states not to use them. Bit like staying out of hot baths etc. good luck.
