which temp?

I took a temp at 4:10am this morning and one at 6:45am. Normally I would use the 6:45am one cause that is closest to when i normally temp and i was half away at 3am this morning but I moved a bit more than I normally do before taking the later one. Which should I use?
First temp was 36.47 and the later one was 36.59

You should take the first one as your temp should be taken after at least 3 consecutive hours of sleep.
