    Have a look at the ingredients list, I think they all contain paracetamol, so you can only give one at a time 4- 6 hours apart. Panadol and nurofen (ibuprofen) are two different drugs that's why they can be given together.

    addit: Just looked them up on the net, yes they are all paracetamol (panamax and dymadon just different brands of panadol). Painstop has codeine in it as well as paracetamol. They definately cannot be given together.
