Nelle - toddle legwarmerz at weewuns - LOOK AT GIRAFFE ONES!
for anyone else, if you like bees or ladybirds, something there for you too.
Nelle - ai2's and pockets (with double layer inserts) do seem the way to go for quick drying, what is what everyone travelling seems to be after - oh and trifolds and covers for the younger bubs. Higher number of absorbent items e.g trifolds, than the ai2 shells, pocket shells, covers.
Plus flushable liners. great threads on Nappycino about this topic. oh and using night nappies on long airflights. (so less changes needed during flight). And carrying MCN as hand luggage due to lost luggage and luggage delays. and the elastic double twisty travel clothes lines that fold up to nothing. you can hang those up in a room or across a bathroom.
all depends how you're travelling. access to laundry etc. time of year, climate. i read of people stomping on the mcn while they take a shower, handwashing etc - when staying in places where you are charged per laundry item. i'm not positive i could be THAT dedicated (without my LS around). i can imagine handwashing wee nappies, that's about my limit i think.
me, i donnae think i coudl travel without my Little Squirt! that thing spoils me! but now we have Formed Poos at least some of the time, i'm mightily impressed with flushable liners. now that i've worked out which brands are SOFT. yeh.
i love seeing my girl toddle arond in just a nappy, i'm kind of savouring it, this time next year, she may well be out of nappies. i will miss her mcn butt. Note to self: need new obsession.
Sasa - our dh's both went to the same shop for Rose Coloured Glasses obviously.
