gumdropsamber, I got your email but have been flat out at a birth and doing the end of month newsletter. I don't think getting angry here is the way to go, here is an opportunity to inform people who may have wrong information about your product - it's a simple mistake - people pass information on all the time, it gets skewed and before you know it this happens. But we don't stop people from giving points of view that are not favourable, I think it's important people have a say about the good and bad out there or we will never know.

Getting angry due to inadvertent misinformation may even put people off buying your product. I know I like purchasing items from people who are friendly, supportive and knowledgable. Not likely to get angry at me if something goes wrong.

Also could you please contact an administrator through the help forum at the top of the forum list to change your username. It is against forum guidelines to use business names as a username. Thank-you.
