could this be implantation cramping?

Hi girls I am about 12DPO and have had specific cramping on the right side down low. It doesn't feel like my typical period cramping. Its just like a tug but in the exact same place all day for the last 3 days. I usually feel period cramping by now even though AF is about 4-5 days away. I am really annoyed with myself though cause I just did a HPT this morning and it was a BFN! Although I still feel confident though. I remember this type of cramping when I feel pregnant a couple of years ago and because I haven't yet felt my usual period pain that is why I feel confident still.

What's the chances of getting a BFN when your having possible implantation?

I guess the next step is to just wait and see if AF comes or not. Ohh I pray she doesn't come!

Really...how did it turn out for you? (did you test early and got a BFN?).
I am trying to take my mind of it, but i just feel different. I am even finding myself talking to my tummy while holding it. I have been saying things like "you go and bury yourself in there nice and tight little bubba, make yourself at home".

I am going mad, or perhaps I am already MAD!

AF was due last Friday - by monday i had faint B"F"P at docs (though did drink heaps of water) and had BT same day - hcg 674.

Thats great! I am so happy for you. I will cartwheels around the room when I get my BFP! I can hardly wait. Although we have really only just started I have been dreaming about having a baby for years now and since my DH has finally agreed to start TTC I couldn't be more happier...I lie, yes I could be happier if I got that BFP! As I type that I get a big tug from the right, so I pray that there is a little bubbis in there burying itself in there nice and deep!

Guess the HPT just threw me a bit too. Really wish I hadn't have taken it! Do you think it was just too early to tell on the test, I used the Discover test. They are supposed to be accurate up to 5 days before your period is due?

Has anyone had BFN and ended up pregnant?

well my B "F" P as i call is was sooo faint - doc even had to get out his magnifying glasses! adn that was with the super dooper fantastic early detectable ones they use.

Puppies- To my knowledge you don't start to produce HCG till after implantation, maybe that is why you have a BFN. test in a couple of days and use FMU. fingers crossed for you
Kitten- You give me hope, I just used a Confirm HPT and got a feint pos, mind you there is still 4-5 days till AF is due, and with my history of chem pg, I am trying not to get excited. It is a definate line though, you can see it at arms length away, and I don't even have to sqint

I am not so positive anymore. The tug pain that I was feeling has gone and I have started to notice my usual period pain. Is it possible that implantation may have occured and just hasn't been successful? I wish I could say that I could stop thinking about it, but I just can't. Yesterday I had a dream that I had 4 different HPT's under my bed and they were all positive.

Hiya Ladies

Puppies - dont give up hope until the moment AF actually arrives !!!! I had IVF with my son & they did a blood test & told me it was negative - 5 days later i got a BFP so ANYTHING is possible up until AF gets here. Even when they did my next test & my hcg was over 2000 my home test was only a faint positive line.

I am in a similar situation to you at the moment. I feel like i ovulated & i think i felt what may have been implantation cramps. I usually have around a 40 - 42 day cycle. Today is day 45 and still no AF. I am getting some period type cramps but i had that with Blake too. I did a home test a few days ago & it was a BFN. I am having lots of similar symptoms to my last pregnancy. I tried for 8 - 9 years naturally & unsuccessfully before my IVF so im finding it very hard to believe that it could happen naturally now but i really feel that i might be.
