I survived! It was actually really good for me to hear that things have been not so easy for her. Bit of a reality check. Because mostly people only tell you their good news stories when they're PG. Was also good (not as scary as I thought) telling someone else I'm TTC. So I didn't need the mars bar afterall (but I ate it anyway).
