I remember thinking what cruel irony it would be if I wasn't able to fall pregnant naturally after being on the pill for over 10 years. First son was conceived after 9-10 months and a miscarriage. My first daughter was conceived 12 months later. Then our precious surprise was conceived 4-5months after my daughter was born despite breastfeeding 2 kids around the clock, lol.
